Over the next 60 days, both my wife and I turn 40. And yes, I'm told 40 is the new 20, so I'm rolling with it. ??

This past year has been one of growth and change for us. My wife pursued a dream she'd carried for years, went back to school in her mid-30s, became a certified teacher, and was recently named Teacher of the Year.

Watching her bet on herself has been inspiring.

At the same time, we've been thinking differently about our own future, what we want the next chapter to look like, and being more intentional about how we spend our time.

I took a solo trip this past weekend to unplug, reset, and reflect. It reminded me that many of the people I talk to every day are wrestling with the same things: uncertainty, fear, excitement, and wondering if now is the right time for a change.

Change can be intimidating.

But sometimes, simply giving yourself permission to imagine a different future is the first step toward creating it.

Here's to the next chapter... and to 40 being the new 20. ??
